Q. Can I guarantee my printer if it breaks down with recycled products?

A. If the printer itself is damaged due to our recycled products and is certified by the manufacturer's maintenance medical certificate , use the PL insurance of the recycling factory to inform the customer .

Q. I hear that recycled products are the same as genuine products, but are they really the same? Also, is there any difference?

A. The difference is difficult to understand in basic document creation, but there is a difference in detailed explanation.

• For monochrome printers / The line thickness is slightly different, and capital letters close to logos and images have uneven printing and fine bleeding on the outer shell. The line thickness depends on the toner component used in the recycling factory. Is also different.

• For color printers / Slightly lighter or deeper shades of color and less gloss. Furthermore, unlike monochrome printers, there is a process of mixing colors inside the printer, and some toner is scattered inside the printer, so cleaning is required more than genuine products.
