Warranty provisions for recycled toner cartridges

This document describes our burden of free replacement of cartridges and repair costs in the event of damage to the printer itself for customers using recycled toner cartridges from Dacom Co., Ltd.

Dear customers

"Warranty period"

We guarantee the products we handle that are less than one year old.

<< Replacement of cartridge >>

1. 1. If the product itself is damaged, we will replace it. (Damage, missing parts)

2. 2. If printing defects occur while using the product, we will replace the product if it is found to be defective.

(* According to print inspection criteria)

3. 3. If the number of printable sheets is clearly less than the preset number, we will replace it.

4. Even within the warranty period, the warranty does not apply in the following cases.

-Printing defects caused by misuse or improper repair or modification

・ Damage due to transportation or dropping after purchase

・ Failure or damage due to fire or natural disaster

・ When the product with printing defects cannot be collected in the state at the time of the defects.

・ Products that have already used 80% or more of toner

<< About the repair cost of the printer body >>

1. 1. If it is proved that the printer itself has been damaged due to the product, we and the cartridge manufacturing factory will bear the repair cost up to the limit.

2. 2. Even within the warranty period, the warranty does not apply in the following cases.

・ If you do not have a document certifying the relationship between the product delivered by us and the printer itself, and an invoice for repair.

(The manufacturer's repair statement states that the damage was caused by the toner cartridge)

-Damage to the printer body caused by misuse or improper repair or modification

・ In case of wear of printer parts or failure other than printing parts

3. 3. When repair / maintenance is performed by the manufacturer or repair company without contacting Dacom in advance.
